Yes - we have recommended sizing guides for our products written in the product descriptions.

Our blankets are measured in inches from middle of the chest to middle of the tail. We recommend taking a current measurement of your horse before placing an order to check you are ordering the correct size {yes, I'm looking at you easy keepers!}

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to Canada and the USA!

All Canadian orders ship from Calgary, AB.

All US orders ship from Sweet Grass, MT.

In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Please read the following information carefully:

  1. Returns Procedure:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the address to which you should send the item. For your protection, we recommend using insured ground mail to return the item.
  2. Return Shipping Costs:
    Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept collect returns. However, in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is determined to be defective, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost.
  3. Refunds and Exchanges:
    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. We kindly request that the returned product is in pristine condition, as we can only provide refunds for items that are in a NEW sellable state. When trying on blankets, we kindly ask that you use a clean horse and avoid folding them on the barn floor. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse before trying your new blanket to test for sizing in order to keep them clean. Our refund policy applies exclusively to products in new condition that can be resold.

If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when contacting our customer support team. In most cases, we will send the exchange item back to you without any additional shipping charges.
